few days there will be municipal elections in Torre Annunziata ... turning to the streets over the inevitable garbage (which never fails in the election ... it will be because it is a strong theme of the election campaign) we see ... we see so many posters who are candidates really "all" committed by the Original Marines, leaders in ultras, people dressed like a first Communion and then ... ...
smiley faces, winking and stupid, stupid slogan and even "false names"
Well ... if they see and hear it in all colors in this period: jobs for all, false promises, turncoat ... it seems incredible to live in a "drama village" where all are players, but no one has studied as an actor!
Many citizens have thus chose not to vote thinking that it is probably the best way to express their dissent to a municipal policy that does not seem to improve anything, but ...
's a choice to be respected, but probably voting the right people, who do politics for passion and love this city, you can see an incredible improvement in the future. So I decided to interview
a guy who began his passion for Social years ago in dell'Arci Oplonti and that this election is a candidate (for the second time) with the "Communist Party of the PRC."
name is Raffaele Polimeno degree in Political Science, with experience in humanitarian operations in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and you know him better through the following interview:-P!
1) Raffaele Hello, you're one of the candidates "young" in Torre Annunziata, but unlike many others, despite your age you already have a history of political activism behind all respect ... Tell us a little ...
Yes despite my age (29 years), I have a rather long militancy in the PRC behind, especially in the circle of Torre Annunziata, where he is since 2000 the role of local leader from 2004 to 2006 and also the member of the secretariat. A "life choice" mine, which began in 1996 and caratterizzatasi by many initiatives of solidarity to the workers' movement Torres (assemblies and factory occupations), immigrants, for which I founded together with other comrades in our one-stop policy, and the fight against waste and management of the power of patronage.
2) In addition to being a politician, you're also a musician, after a lot of mess you've managed to carve out a space with your band (Vermeer's brush) ... certainly well aware of the problems we have in our province to make music, how to help the many artists of our city??
addition to politics, my passion is focused on music have been working as a professional musician with whom I have achieved important goals, such as the production and obtained a record number of awards throughout the country. What now stands in the eyes of those who, like me, are compared with other national, is the lack of opportunities, opportunities, not talent!
First, I also think of a large structure, a major cultural center, which could help the youth gathering, which could become a meeting point between different artistic expressions, and can accommodate a range of facilities (rehearsal room, recording studio, theater, play ...) so as to promote cultural growth and mass. I also think the establishment of an annual music festival for emerging artists, which can be accommodated within the hospitality and other art forms.
I can not fail to note, finally, that despite the difficult objective conditions prevailing in our city, there are already many "excellent" and many reality in the arts: you work and create the conditions so that it can always be more!
3) Torre is now considered a city of "degradation", turning the street you see a lot left to their own stable after some time there is almost a curfew ... a different city is it possible?? how??
precisely in this direction is our stubbornness to purchase a property disposed of, as the former Metropolitan IMAX Theatre ol'ex Modern (which for the mayoral candidate of the center and last Mayor of the center was demolished to make it parking !!!), to combat the apparent first down areas of the places where these are stable, but especially to support the revitalization of culture, employment and social development in the City. In addition, for the record, the PRC broke off relations with the center in 2004, during the second of consiliatura Cucolo, due to the non-purchase of the Modern and now the conditions are there and, I assure you, I'm not talking about the "book of dreams ": there are firm commitments for the future mayor and the coalition on the issue!
4) Often considered the party of the PRC is "nothing is forbidden ... here in our city during the last municipal council (where you were not represented by anyone), there was a continuing deterioration in terms of "legality" and it seems that "everything was permitted ... PRC as it positions you have taken in this regard??
First I note that the institutional voids (that you had during the last consiliatura former mayor Monaco) are generally accompanied by phenomena of exponential growth in crime. It 'also quite clear that in contexts where the social problems and environmental degradation are the masters, organized crime is increasingly easy consensus. The Camorra is increasingly seen as a real social safety net! The crime, therefore, should not be fought with demagogic proclamations as the militarization of the territory, but must be fought with effective policies for development and work, with equally effective social policies to combat environmental degradation and a major renovation and culture. The administration, then, as it was established, to adopt principles of transparency and impartiality in its activities, including combating those phenomena that undermine the livability of the Tower. Finally, a big satisfaction for the PRC was the adoption by the coalition that supports Starita, on our proposal and before the Parliament voted, the CD drive. Code of Ethics, promulgated by the National Anti-Mafia commission, chaired by Comrade Forgione, instrumental in shaping the electoral registers.
5) On the last lap, as well as a lot of dioxin, it also breathes a lot of optimism about a possible location of a mega mall in ASI, considered the possibility of new jobs. In your opinion is really the best way to "create" more jobs in a city like ours?? What opinions you have about it??
I believe that the location of the mall in the ASI should be absolutely avoided, since not only appoint the death of small businesses and local, but will encourage the consumption of goods produced mainly elsewhere, that will link the area forever any other development perspective concrete, cause the desertification of the city center and encourage the growth of precarious employment among young people who will eventually find employment. Well, I am totally against!
6) Campania continues to be suffocated by mountains of garbage collection, and news of the day the declaration of Bertolaso to find a solution by May 26 or it will be chaos ...
What are your proposals to solve the problem ?
The collection is an urgent need: to be started quickly and effectively. In addition it also defined the industry for the disposal of each village, by monitoring and controlling of any conduct incorrect to spill. The unbearable state of emergency, in which we find quite a few years, means that are easy foot demagogic proposals about incinerators, as if the incinerators were the panacea of all evils, and not an "appendix" of the last collection Separate!
7) What advice to citizens to the polls once, before drawing the "famous" X??
I sincerely hope that the passion, commitment and enthusiasm, along with all the comrades, I have fielded over the years, are finally satisfied and I hope that citizens are free and do not always vote again same people who find consensus with false promises. The timing is crucial: I hope that our way of doing politics will be "rewarded" even in electoral terms.
8) Question "raw" in politics wins "have money" or "Who is good??
In local politics, unfortunately, those who always win more customers, who promises jobs, thereby taking advantage in their favor, through deception and false promises, the desperate poverty in the city.
We pledge the commitment and fight ... and sorry if it is little!
